Policies and Fees:
Our schedule is very structured and for this reason, we require a scheduling fee for all booked appointments and will be applied to the service procedure cost.
If the booking fee is not received upon the time of booking or within 24hours, your appointment will be cancelled without notice.
Scheduling Fees:
A scheduling fee of $75 is required for all Permanent Makeup procedures and will be applied to the procedure cost.
A scheduling fee of $50 is required for all Skin Care procedures and will be applied to the procedure cost.
* Please note this is a booking fee and not a deposit, and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please understand that appointments can range from 2-3 hours, such changes greatly impact your permanent makeup artist and other clients.
We ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice for rescheduling of an appointment. Anything after the 48 hour window will result in a new scheduling fee for future appointments.
* Please note if you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, please be advised that the scheduling fee is non-refundable. No exceptions!
No Show Policy:
If a client does not show up for their appointment, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. There are No exceptions, the cancellation fee will not be given as a credit towards future appointments. Any and all future appointments made will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are great way to share the gift of beauty and can be purchased for all services provided. Before purchasing a gift card online for Permanent Makeup please refer to the Q and A page for the qualification guidelines and pre procedure information before you purchase a gift card. No Refunds will be given.
